Research on the psychological processes within corporate environments suggest that underlying (collective) dynamics significantly influence corporate functioning (and outcomes). In promoting psychological literacy the PsyQ Psychological Literacy Development Programme offers an 8-week experiential training programme for individual corporate clients who wish to develop their psychological literacy skills.
